The "Adlerhaus" is a traditional Mittenwald building right next to the Catholic parish church, which was first mentioned in a document in 1674.

With architectural sensitivity, it has been possible to combine history and modernity in several years of elaborate detail work within the framework of monument protection.
Exposed concrete, historical beam constructions and large glass elements complement each other harmoniously.
In the former barn, several high-quality furnished lofts and a garden flat have been created, which are offered as holiday flats.

The "Obermarkt" Mittenwald's historic, traffic-calmed street with inns, cafés and shops begins in the immediate vicinity.
